Wizard Lawns provides professional lawn care services including mowing, trimming, fertilization, weed control, and snow removal to residential properties in the Minneapolis south metro area.

Service Scheduling

  • Services are scheduled based on weather conditions and seasonal requirements
  • We will make reasonable efforts to maintain regular schedules
  • Service may be delayed due to weather or equipment issues
  • You will be notified of significant schedule changes

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service or as specified in your service agreement
  • We accept various payment methods including credit cards, checks, and online payments
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • Services may be suspended for non-payment

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel services with 7 days written notice
  • Seasonal contracts may have specific cancellation terms
  • Cancellation fees may apply for early termination of contracts

Property Access

  • You grant us permission to access your property for service delivery
  • You are responsible for ensuring safe access and marking obstacles
  • You must inform us of any hazards or special considerations
  • Gates should be unlocked on service days unless otherwise arranged

Liability

  • We carry liability insurance for your protection
  • We are not responsible for damage to unmarked property features
  • You are responsible for damage caused by your failure to disclose property hazards
  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service

Service Quality

We guarantee quality service. If you're not satisfied with our work, contact us within 24 hours and we will address the issue promptly.

Weather Delays

Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions. This is not considered a breach of our service agreement.

Chemicals and Treatments

  • All chemicals are EPA-approved and applied according to label instructions
  • You will be notified before chemical applications
  • Keep children and pets off treated areas as specified
  • We are not responsible for damage from your failure to follow post-treatment instructions

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Wizard Lawns and protected by copyright laws.

Changes to Terms
